Agent 09 of nine · Training · Trained on the shift, not off it.
CareBravo®’s Training agent is AI caregiver training software for Medicaid home and community based care agencies. The Training agent assigns the module in the caregiver’s language, on her phone, before the shift that needs it. A person confirms anything that moves money or changes care.

On the office screen: The training tracker: what is overdue, who it is assigned to, and what is next.
Why your current app can’t
Training means a classroom day, a binder, and a certificate in a drawer. Half your caregivers need it in Spanish or Vietnamese. You find out a certificate expired when the surveyor asks, and you pull someone off a shift to sit a class.
What the Training agent makes from the tap
The Training agent assigns the module in the caregiver’s language, on her phone, before the shift that needs it. The certificate files itself to her record. A shift is flagged, never blocked. Nobody lost a shift to a classroom.
CareBravo is the Autonomous Care OS®: an operating system for Medicaid home and community based care, with an AI agent built into each of nine jobs. It starts as the EVV your state approved. Then it does the office work from the caregiver’s one tap at the door. How the whole thing works
An owner’s exact words, answered on the screen, three ways to have it done.
Owner asks
The training tracker shows who is due and who is done, by module. Assign in a click.
One tracker.Cary assigns the module in the caregiver’s language and flags the scheduler. Flagged, never blocked: the shift does not wait on the quiz.
Nobody lost a shift to a classroom.Yes. Several home care systems now use AI for caregiver training, mostly in scheduling and billing, and in most of them the AI suggests while your office does the work. In CareBravo, the Training agent does the work inside rules you write once: The Training agent assigns the module in the caregiver’s language, on her phone, before the shift that needs it. It is one of nine agents, one for every job in the office, coordinated by Cary. A person confirms anything that moves money or changes care. CareBravo’s AI runs inside our HIPAA safeguards. Your clients’ records are not sent to public frontier AI models.
The shift is flagged to the scheduler, not blocked. Your agency sets what is required for each program.
Modules are delivered in the caregiver’s language, with the original one tap away. Care terms are reviewed by native speakers before they ship.
Anything that changes money or care waits for you.
Georgia’s licensing rule sets a minimum for aide training: 20 of 40 hours before serving clients for personal care aides. For keeping people, Home Care Pulse’s earlier research found agencies with five or more hours of orientation had turnover about 27% lower than peers. Orientation should also cover expectations, not only tasks. Read the full answer
It depends on the type of agency. Medicare-certified home health agencies must give aides at least 75 hours of training. In Georgia, a personal care aide at a private home care agency needs a 40-hour program (or a recognized credential), with 20 hours done before serving clients. Check your service type. Under Georgia’s private home care rule, a personal care aide needs 20 of 40 training hours before serving clients, unless she has a recognized credential. She also cannot be assigned any task until she has been trained and shown she can do it. Staff must be oriented before they work with clients. Read the full answer
Yes, plan on it. In Georgia, employees of agencies that provide health-related services to elders and disabled adults are mandated reporters, so they must report suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation. Assisted living rules name this training outright. Teach every caregiver what to look for and who to call. Read the full answer
We did not find a Georgia rule that sets dementia training hours for home care aides. Georgia does set hours for staff in memory care centers: 4 hours of orientation for all staff, 16 hours more for direct care staff in the first 30 days, then 8 hours a year. Many owners train on dementia anyway. Read the full answer
