Why your current app can’t
Applicants come from three job boards into one inbox. Someone calls them back, when there is time. The TB test, the I-9 and the background check each wait on a different person. By the time the file is complete, she took the other job.
What the Hiring agent makes from the tap
The Hiring agent screens the applicant, starts the checks, and keeps every document in one file with what is missing and who was asked. You make the offer; the agent never does. Nobody is stuck in a column, and the new hire reaches her first checked shift fast.
CareBravo is the Autonomous Care OS®: an operating system for Medicaid home and community based care, with an AI agent built into each of nine jobs. It starts as the EVV your state approved. Then it does the office work from the caregiver’s one tap at the door. How the whole thing works
An owner’s exact words, answered on the screen, three ways to have it done.

Yes. Several home care systems now use AI for caregiver hiring, mostly in scheduling and billing, and in most of them the AI suggests while your office does the work. In CareBravo, the Hiring agent does the work inside rules you write once: The Hiring agent screens the applicant, starts the checks, and keeps every document in one file with what is missing and who was asked. It is one of nine agents, one for every job in the office, coordinated by Cary. A person confirms anything that moves money or changes care. CareBravo’s AI runs inside our HIPAA safeguards. Your clients’ records are not sent to public frontier AI models.
You do. Cary screens and starts the checks; she never makes an offer.
Her shifts are held until both land, and the hiring desk shows what is missing and who has been asked.
Anything that changes money or care waits for you.
