Agent 03 of nine · Billing · The denial that never happened.
CareBravo®’s Billing agent is AI billing software for Medicaid home and community based care agencies. The claim is made from the checked shift, so it goes out matching what happened. A person confirms anything that moves money or changes care.
The work we carry
Claims checked and sent, denials worked once.
The bravo you keep
The money, payer-direct.
We email you the highlights the moment you ask. No call. Nobody calls unless you ask.

On the office screen: One claim, line by line, with the held shift and the one-tap fix.
Why your current app can’t
Billing software builds the claim from what the office types in. If the typed hours do not match the visit, the claim is denied, and nobody finds out until the remittance comes back. Then someone works the denial by hand, if there is time.
What the Billing agent makes from the tap
The claim is made from the checked shift, so it goes out matching what happened. The Billing agent holds anything that is not clean, shows you why, and works every denial. Nothing is billed twice. On Managed Billing, our specialists do the work and the 99% is in writing.
CareBravo is the Autonomous Care OS®: an operating system for Medicaid home and community based care, with an AI agent built into each of nine jobs. It starts as the EVV your state approved. Then it does the office work from the caregiver’s one tap at the door. How the whole thing works
An owner’s exact words, answered on the screen, three ways to have it done.
Owner asks
Your biller opens the denial, reads the reason, and works it once.
One denial, worked once.Cary drafts the correction. When the fix is not hers to make, a service code not on the authorization, she says who can: the care coordinator, with the request drafted.
Explained, fixed, confirmed by you.Our billing specialists prepare and submit every claim and work every denial. Money goes payer-direct, and the weekly report shows what we did.
Worked before you saw it. Corrections never billed twice.Yes. Several home care systems now use AI for billing, mostly in scheduling and billing, and in most of them the AI suggests while your office does the work. In CareBravo, the Billing agent does the work inside rules you write once: The claim is made from the checked shift, so it goes out matching what happened. It is one of nine agents, one for every job in the office, coordinated by Cary. A person confirms anything that moves money or changes care. CareBravo’s AI runs inside our HIPAA safeguards. Your clients’ records are not sent to public frontier AI models.
No. Claims go payer-direct and the remittance lands in your account. CareBravo reads the 835 and posts what the payer said.
On Managed Billing, we guarantee that at least 99% of eligible original claims are prepared and transmitted without an error we cause. Payer adjudication is not guaranteed, and corrections are included at no charge. The full terms are on the pricing page.
Eligible billed revenue is the payer-allowable value of each original claim prepared and submitted through us, counted once. Corrections are never billed twice.
Medicaid pays only for the units and dates that were authorized. If your claim has more units than the authorization allows, falls outside its dates, or lists a different provider ID, it denies. In Georgia these show as codes like 3052, 3011 and 3044. Prior authorization alone does not guarantee payment. Read the full answer
Georgia denies personal care claims that do not carry EVV visit data. The claim must go through the state EVV system with six data points: who got care, who gave it, the service, the place, the date, and start and end times. Fix the visit in EVV, then resubmit. Read the full answer
A remittance advice is the payer’s report of what happened to each claim: paid, denied, or adjusted, and why. The electronic version is called an 835. Match each line to your claim, read the reason code, then post the payment or start the fix. Do not post money until you match it. Read the full answer
A duplicate denial means Medicaid already has a claim for the same client, service and date. Georgia lists codes 5646, 5042 and 5048 for exact duplicates. No fix is needed. Search by client ID and date to find the paid claim, and call the state if you cannot find it. Read the full answer
A fair billing guarantee covers work the biller controls: sending claims without errors the biller causes, and fixing those errors at no charge. It cannot cover the payer’s decision. Medicaid can still deny for eligibility, authorization or program rules. Read the exact wording and the exclusions. Read the full answer
