Who do I call when the Georgia EVV system has a problem?
Call the Georgia EVV customer support line at (833) 483-5587, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern. Netsmart’s support portal handles tickets and training around the clock. For EVV policy, missing prior authorizations, or members who are not listed, email the DCH EVV team at evv.medicaid@dch.ga.gov.
DCH’s EVV page gives these contacts as of its January 2026 update.

What to have ready before you call, per DCH’s cheat sheet: the client names affected, the dates of service, what you did before the error, and screenshots.
The cheat sheet DCH published earlier lists a different call center number. Use the number on the current DCH EVV page.
