We don’t compare software prices, because the software is not what you are paying for. You are paying for the work after the tap, and who does it. Our prices are all published on Pricing.

What myEZcare does well
- Built-in EVV aggregator integrations named on its EVV page: Sandata, Tellus (Netsmart), HHAeXchange and CareBridge, with verified visits sent to the aggregator automatically (vendor EVV page).
- Caregiver clock-in through the mobile app (iOS/Android) or by phone (IVR with a personal code), with GPS location validation (vendor EVV page).
- Wide service-line coverage in one product family, including adult day (myEZday) and private duty nursing (vendor site).
- Users on Capterra (9 reviews, 4.8) report it is easy to learn, customer service is responsive, and EVV clock-in cut paper and improved time tracking (per user reviews).
Where the work still lands on you
- Visits with a missed clock-out are flagged for review before going to the aggregator, so someone in the office still reviews and fixes those exceptions (vendor EVV page).
- Payroll leaves the system as ’payroll exports’, so a separate payroll step or provider still runs the checks (vendor homepage).
- Capterra reviewers report having to enter some data more than once and finding claim processing hard to understand (per user reviews, Capterra).
- Pricing is not published on the vendor site; an owner has to use the calculator or request pricing, and setup fees are referenced in the Virginia promo (vendor site).
That last column is the pattern we call Tangleware™: good tools, and an owner in the middle, retyping between them. It is not a judgment about myEZcare. It is what happens when the visit has to be carried by hand from one system to the next.
Which one is right for you.
myEZcare may fit if
Per its own site: home care (clinical and non-clinical), adult day care, residential assisted living, respite, private duty nursing and telehealth; agencies from small/medium to enterprise; heavy Virginia Medicaid marketing (’hundreds of care agencies across Virginia’), with a state-by-state aggregator resource page.
CareBravo fits if
You run a Medicaid home and community based care agency, you are the one in the middle of the apps, and you want the hours back for your clients or your family.
For a Medicaid-heavy single-location owner, myEZcare is an affordable-looking all-in-one tool with real aggregator connections including Georgia’s Tellus, but the office still runs exception review, payroll export and claim follow-up itself.

Does myEZcare use AI?
Marketing uses AI language (’AI-Driven Healthcare Software’, ’AI-Powered Home Care & EVV’, ’AI-enhanced workflows’; About page mentions ’AI-powered care management’ that optimizes care plans and predicts health trends) but no named AI feature or agent is described. Treat as unspecified.
How is CareBravo’s AI different?
Other home care software uses AI for parts of the work: a caregiver match, a drafted note, a claim check. CareBravo runs an integrated AI workforce: an agent for each of the nine jobs a Medicaid office does, coordinated by Cary, from one tap at the door. Of the home care software on our AI comparison page, checked 28 Oct 2026, none has an agent for all nine. CareBravo’s AI runs inside our HIPAA safeguards. Your clients’ records are not sent to public frontier AI models.
