  • Payroll leaves the system as an ADP, Viventium or CSV export to a separate processor (Axxess Home Care help docs).
  • Axxess RCM automates scrubbing and eligibility so that ’staff can focus on exceptions and complex cases’. Claims exceptions stay with agency staff (Axxess, Feb 2026).
  • Axxess’s done-for-you billing services page names home health only; we found no published billing service for Axxess Home Care.
  • User reports on Software Advice (mostly 2018–2021, 3.4/5 from 36 reviews; dated, weigh lightly): reliance on third-party clearinghouses and EDI files, long support holds, implementations needing heavy customization.
