What it leaves to your office

  • In Georgia, an agency using a third-party EVV vendor must still register with the state Netsmart solution and complete an attestation, so the state system is always part of her setup (GA DCH archive).
  • Netsmart’s announced AI tools are for home health, hospice, behavioral health and revenue cycle; none described for personal care scheduling, payroll or aide documentation (Netsmart, 3 Nov 2025; newsroom).

Netsmart collects visit data for the state. It does not run your payroll, chase your denials, write your charts or update families. That office work is what CareBravo’s AI agents do, with a person confirming anything that moves money or care.
