Software Implementation Services

Parallel Promise™

Parallel Promise™ is a CareBravo implementation service. Agencies engage it to move off legacy scheduling, billing, EVV, and clinical systems — while those systems keep running.

What We Provide Under Parallel Promise™

Agencies engage Parallel Promise™ services when they need to move off legacy scheduling, billing, EVV, or clinical systems without a cutover weekend. We stand the new environment up alongside the old one, migrate the data, run both together until the results reconcile, and retire the legacy system only when the agency confirms the numbers match.

Parallel Promise™ services are performed by our implementation team. The agency does not staff a migration project, and does not stop billing while the work is underway.

Data migration

Client, caregiver, authorization, visit, and claims history are moved from the legacy systems into the new environment and validated record by record.

System integration

Payer portals, EVV aggregators, payroll, and accounting are reconnected to the new environment and tested against live transactions.

Both systems running

Both environments run at once. Billing, payroll, and compliance output are compared each cycle until they agree.

Verified cutover

The legacy system is retired only after the agency signs off that the two systems reconcile. Nothing is switched off on faith.

Who Engages Us

Parallel Promise™ services are sold to Medicaid home and community-based services agencies in the United States that are replacing or consolidating healthcare software systems, whether or not they subscribe to the wider CareBravo™ platform.
